I absolutely LOVE my agent. Love her.

I was talking to Jenny late last week — telling her AGAIN how terrible I felt about letting the second book go. I was convinced she'd be furious. Tell me I was a failure. A one-hitter. Or, worse — drop me.

But she didn't. Not even close.

She was sweet, encouraging. Told me it wasn't a big deal. That it happens all the time. I'd learn from this. It would be fine.

Wow.

It was exactly what I needed to hear. I feel very lucky to have her in my corner.
